Why do we not offer unlimited products on all plans?

There is nothing called as truly unlimited, unlimited always has its bottlenecks in most cases its the site speed. More products require more computer power and performance tuning from time to time and for this we charge you an additional ₹1250/mo. for every additional 500 products. Makes sense?

How much time does it take for my store to setup?

Your store is setup instantly as soon as your payment is complete. However if you have also registered a domain name that could take 15-mins to 1 hour to go live.

Can I use my own domain name?

I don't have a domain name, can you help me get one?

Yes Absolutely. Watch the how to start video to see how to register a domain name with you store.

Do you offer trials?

We do not offer trials at the moment. We are so confident that you'll love InfoBahn E-Commerce that  we would be happy to offer a full refund within 7 day. Please start with 1 month basic plan to just test out the service.

*Refunds are only applicable on monthly billing cycles. If you planning to select the annual billing plan with FIRSTBILL discount code, don't worry you will get the discount when you switch your billing cycle. Refunds are not applicable on domain names, however you can continue to use the domain name for the registered period.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime.

If I discontinue with InfoBahn E-Commerce, what happens to my domain name?

If you've registered a domain name via us, it will always be yours. Our system registers the domain name under your ownership. Though the cost of the domain is non refundable however you continue to maintain the ownership until the period you've paid for.

I have completed my purchase, what next?

Check your email for login instructions. Our team will get in touch with you to initiate your payment gateway registration process within 24 hours.
